They immediately took her to the hospital, but she died before reaching the hospital.
On the morning of September 24th, the police of Hoang Mai town, Nghe An province, arrested and detained Hoang Van Hung (born in 1992), residing in Phuong Hong block, Quynh Phuong ward, Hoang Mai town, for investigation into the crime of murder.
The victim of the incident was Nguyen Thi Tuyen (born in 1993), Hung's wife, who was murdered this morning at their home.
According to local authorities, the young couple had three small children. Hung was a fisherman who made his living at sea, so every time his boat docked, he would get drunk and frequently abuse his wife after jealous outbursts.
The situation escalated early this morning when Ms. Tuyen was stabbed multiple times in the abdomen and head, suffering massive blood loss and subsequently dying.
