Nghe An Provincial People's Committee agrees on special policy mechanism to support Nam Dan district
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 24, continuing the regular meeting of September 2020, the Provincial People's Committee listened to and unanimously approved many important drafts. Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

Inregular meeting, members of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of departments and branches also listened to and unanimously approved the draft Decision on Promulgating the Regulations on coordination in the management of local government debt in Nghe An province; the draft Project "Research on social sciences, summarize practices, build scientific arguments for policies and guidelines of Party committees and authorities to promote the integration process in Nghe An in the period of 2020-2025 and vision to 2030".
The Provincial People's Committee also approved the draft Resolution on the policy to support the construction of cultural and sports institutions at the grassroots level in Nghe An province until 2025 and the draft Report on assessing the impact of the policy of rewarding cultural titles inMovement "All people unite to build a cultural life"in Nghe An province in the period 2021-2025".

After listening to the Provincial Police leaders present the draft Resolution on regular support levels for the positions of Captains and Deputy Captains of Civil Defense Teams and fire prevention and fighting equipment for Civil Defense Teams in Nghe An province for the period 2021 - 2025, the Provincial People's Committee agreed and approved.
In particular, the Provincial People's Committee listened to and gave opinions on specific support policies and mechanisms.Nam Dan district2021-2025 period. After listening to the presentation of Nam Dan district leaders, the Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved to submit to the Provincial People's Council a special policy support mechanism to support Nam Dan district.

Accordingly, the People's Committee agreed to allow Nam Dan district to enjoy 100% of the land use rights auction money for the period 2021-2025, divided in the following proportions: district 70%; communes and towns 30%; Support 15,000 tons of cement in 5 years, period 2021-2025 for Nam Dan district to build a model New Rural district.

In his concluding remarks, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and Nam Dan district to absorb the opinions of members of the Provincial People's Committee, complete the drafts and submit them to competent authorities for consideration and decision.
