(Baonghean.vn) - Continuing the voter contact program, on the afternoon of October 5, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation including Mr. Tran Van Mao - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Moong Van Tinh - official of Que Phong District Youth Union had a voter contact before the 10th session of the 14th National Assembly in Chau Hoi commune (Quy Chau).

After listening to delegate Moong Van Tinh report on the expected content of the program of the 10th session of the 14th National Assembly, voters made recommendations on a number of issues of concern.

Specifically, voter Hoang Van Tien, Lam Hoi village, proposed regarding the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates, households that were granted land use rights before must pay land use fees (registration tax), while households that were granted land use rights after do not have to pay. The initial investment money for electricity in Chau Hoi commune currently has no plan to be paid back to the people. The issue of sharingforestry land, currently no households have received.

On the same issue, voter Lu Van Thanh, Khun village, said that land 163 has been allocated to the people but support policies have not reached the people. There are still difficulties in irrigation water in the area, affecting the people's production. Voter Nguyen The Hanh, Hoi 1 village, proposedMong DamConstruction is affecting people's land, some households have been compensated, some households have not been compensated because the reason of riverbank landslide is unreasonable.

Many voters also mentioned the scoring of poor households, support for building rural roads, allowances for village cadres, and the age of the elderly...

Specifically, regarding the Mong village issue, the National Assembly Delegation has worked with it many times, accordingly, it has issued a written response, requesting the locality to respond to the people on that basis. Regarding the allowance level for non-professional staff after the merger, the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation said that the Department of Home Affairs has also issued a written response, which is in accordance with the Government's regulations and the current actual conditions of the province.

In addition, other opinions of voters will be received, synthesized and transferred to competent authorities by the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; at the same time, National Assembly Deputies will urge and supervise the responses of agencies to promptly respond to voters.
