Voters propose policies for part-time cadres in blocks, hamlets and villages
(Baonghean.vn) - At meetings with voters in Quy Hop and Thai Hoa town, voters requested that National Assembly deputies pay more attention to policies for block, hamlet and village cadres. In addition, voters also reflected on many shortcomings occurring at the grassroots level that need to be resolved immediately.
On October 6, in Quy Hop town and Nghia Tien commune (Thai Hoa town), National Assembly deputies including Mr. Tran Van Mao - Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Trang - Secretary of Nghia Dan District Party Committee, Moong Van Tinh - Member of the Standing Committee of Que Phong District Youth Union had a meeting with voters before the 10th session of the 14th National Assembly.
At the meetingvoter contact, people in communes and towns have made 18 recommendations to the National Assembly delegation on many fields. In particular, many voters suggested that the State pay more attention to the team of part-time cadres in hamlets, because this group regularly participates in many jobs at the grassroots level. Voters also reflected that medical examination and treatment still have many procedures that cause difficulties for the people. The State needs to have many policies to attract talented people and modern technologies to serve medical examination and treatment at the district medical center. It is necessary to reduce procedures in enjoying health insurance when going to see a doctor outside the district. Many infrastructure works in Quy Hop district are also degraded, such as the spillway from the town to Chau Dinh commune, the town primary school, Quy Hop ethnic boarding secondary school, many traffic routes in the communes... Voters also proposed ideas on the regime for social protection beneficiaries, youth volunteers, and preschool teachers over 40 years old...

In Thai Hoa Town, there were 9 comments with 25 contents related to groups of issues sent by people to National Assembly delegates, including outstanding contents such as: the regime for people with meritorious services such as frontline workers, wounded and sick soldiers, and Youth Volunteers is still delayed.
