At around 9:00 p.m. on October 6, the family of Mr. Truong Hoang Trong, born in 1971, residing in Binh Chanh hamlet, Phu Ly commune, Vinh Cuu district, organized a drinking party and sang karaoke.
At around 11pm the same day, Ms. Doan Thi Hue, Mr. Trong's neighbor, came over to remind and ask Mr. Trong to stop singing and not make noise that would affect the health of the people around.

Then, Mr. Trong turned offkaraokeBut because he was angry because Mrs. Hue "did not like" him, Mr. Trong went out the gate to curse Mrs. Hue and then continued to follow Mrs. Hue's gate to curse.
