From the results achieved, I hope in the next termProvincial Party Executive Committeeand the Provincial Party Committee continues to strengthen the leadership and direction of the organization and implementation of tasks on restructuring the apparatus and streamlining the contingent of civil servants and public employees. Along with that, pay attention to doing a good job of propaganda to raise awareness, unify thoughts and be decisive in action. Besides, it is necessary to focus on reviewing, evaluating, supplementing and perfecting regulations on functions, tasks and powers of agencies and units in the political system. At the same time, well implementing the job project to ensure the arrangement, review and streamlining of staff will make work more effective and efficient and at the same time create motivation and encourage all party members, civil servants and public employees in the political system to work more responsibly. In addition, it is necessary to continue to promote the implementation of ongoing pilots and when there are good results, it will be deployed on a large scale. I also think that the steps we are implementing such as institutional reform, administrative reform and focusing on administrative procedure reform are also the goals we need to aim for to do this content well.

Finally, the implementation of this content demonstrates the capacity and fighting strength of the Party and the quality of work of the political system and the staff. That is, we need to pay attention to the development of infrastructure and equipment because as we know, in addition to human resources, we need modern, advanced equipment that is close to the world so that people can fully develop their capacity. At the same time, we need a mechanism to promote the socialization of health care work; pay attention to poor patients being treated in hospitals.

For a long time, Nghe An has also talked a lot about the problem of lack of doctors. If there is too little doctors, the medical staff will become overloaded and unexpected incidents will occur somewhere. Therefore, the synchronous development of both quantity and quality of the staff is necessary in the coming time to ensure both technical expertise development and the best treatment for patients.

As a young doctor, I also see that the face of the health sector and the hospital is the medical ethics and intelligence of the medical staff. Therefore, to attract good doctors, we must create an environment for youth to demonstrate their strength. That means creating a healthy, clean medical environment and always paying attention to developing expertise and techniques to serve the patients. Moreover, there must be special and specific treatment policies suitable to local conditions. Hospitals also constantly equip facilities and equipment, have a strategy for developing human resources and highly specialized techniques.

At the same time, we need to pay attention to training, support, and assistance in the daily lives of medical workers. I think that, with competent doctors and good medical ethics, they really want to serve their homeland and they want to contribute to their homeland. And if there are these policies, we will attract young doctors.
