4 teenagers are 'high' on drugs in a hotel in Vinh city

At 1:15 a.m. on October 15, 2020, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Team (Vinh City Police) suddenly raided the hotel room, discovered and caught red-handed 4 subjects, all teenagers residing in Vinh City, for the act of organizing illegal use of drugs.drug.

The 4 subjects are between 16 and 18 years old: Nguyen Minh Nhat (born in 2002), residing in Hung Dong commune, Vinh city; Nguyen Quang Huy (born in 2004), Nguyen Thi Ha My (born in 2003), both residing in Le Mao ward and Ho Nguyen Quynh Mai (born in 2003), residing in Ben Thuy ward, Vinh city.
At the scene, 2 packages of ketamine, weighing 2.015g, 01 set of drug use tools, 01 loudspeaker were seized.
Through initial investigation, the investigation agency has clarified that Nguyen Thi Ha My was the one who bought the above drugs for 3 million VND to give to the remaining people to use. It is known that among the above teenagers, only 1 has just graduated from high school.
Currently, Vinh City Police are detaining the subjects, continuing to investigate and handle them according to the provisions of law.
