Chau Nhan commune leaders said that the water level is currently above alert level 1, with 400 households threatened, of which the most dangerous are 196 households in hamlet 1 and some households in hamlet 4. If the water level rises to alert level 2, 350 people will be evacuated, mainly elderly people living alone and in difficult circumstances.
