(Baonghean.vn) - After 4 days of launching a campaign to support the people of Central Vietnam to overcome the consequences of floods, as of the afternoon of October 23, the whole province registered to support at the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province 34.2 billion VND; of which 27.5 billion VND in cash and more than 6 billion VND in kind.

On the afternoon of October 23, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province held a ceremony to receive support.Central compatriotsovercoming the consequences of storms and floods. Comrade Le Van Ngoc - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province chaired the reception.

Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, agencies and units: Cua Dong General Hospital donated 130 million VND; Vietnam Cooperative Bank - Nghe An Branch donated 20 million VND; Nghe An Used Car Association donated 200 million VND; Nghe An Pedagogical College donated 31,500,000 VND.

After 4 days of launching the campaign to support the people of Central Vietnam to overcome the consequences of storms and floods, as of 5:00 p.m. on October 23, the total registered donations from the whole province were: 34,285,440,000 VND (province 5,790,085,000 VND, district 28,495,355,000 VND; of which cash was 27.5 billion VND, in-kind items were more than 6 billion VND).

Also on October 23, the Campaign Committee continued to transport 15 trucks of goods to the Central provinces to deliver necessities to people facing difficulties due to the pandemic.storm and floodcause.
