Passenger bus crashes into guardrail, crashes onto roadside, injuring 4 people

At around 2:00 a.m. on October 30, on a 29-seat passenger bus with license plate 37B - 015.55, running on the fixed route Vinh City - Ky Son, there were 12 people (including the driver and assistant) driven by Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh (32 years old, residing in Yen Due block, Dong Vinh ward, Vinh City).
When the vehicle is moving on QHighway 1A, passing through Nghi Long commune (Nghi Loc district), suddenly lost control, broke the guardrail and crashed onto the roadside. At the time of the accident, it was raining heavily.
The accident killed Ms. Cu Y Chu (18 years old) and her nephew Song Duc Duy (1 year old, both living in Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son district) who were sitting on the bus. Two other passengers, Mr. Vu Ba Chu (29 years old, living in Tuong Duong district) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Gai (34 years old, living in Cua Lo town) were injured.
