At 1:00 a.m. on November 1, the center of super typhoon Goni was at approximately 13.7 degrees North latitude; 125.0 degrees East longitude, approximately 70 km east of the central Philippines. The strongest wind near the center of the super typhoon was level 17 (200-220 km/h), gusting above level 17.

Forecast for the next 24 hours,super typhoonmoving west, about 20 km per hour and weakening. At 1:00 a.m. on November 2, the center of the storm was at about 14.5 degrees North latitude; 120.2 degrees East longitude, in the central Philippines. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 12-13 (115-150 km/hour),level 15.

In the next 24 to 48 hours, the storm will move mainly in the West Northwest direction, about 20 km per hour, enteringEast Sea. At 01:00 on November 3, the center of the storm was located at about 15.4 degrees North latitude; 115.4 degrees East longitude, about 380 km East Southeast of Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 10-11 (90-115 km/h),level 13.
In the next 48 to 72 hours, the storm will move westward at a speed of 10-15km per hour. At 1:00 a.m. on November 4, the storm center will be located at approximately 15.2 degrees North latitude; 112.1 degrees East longitude, in the sea area south of the Hoang Sa archipelago.
