(Baonghean.vn) - As of the afternoon of October 31, many communes in Thanh Chuong district are still deeply submerged in floodwaters. The functional forces of the district and communes are working hard to ensure the safety of people in flooded areas.

Thanh My is the most deeply flooded area in Thanh Chuong district. At noon on October 30, all 6/6 hamlets of this commune were deeply flooded. Many houses were flooded up to the roof.
