Police lieutenant stripped of military rank for shooting and killing male student

Major General To An Xo - Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security said that Hanoi Police have decided to strip the police lieutenant of his military rank who shot and killed a male student.

Currently, Hanoi City Police are coordinating with Dong Da District Police to investigate the case of male student N.D.A. (21 years old, from Quang Ninh), a 4th year student at the University of Transport, who died while standing in front of a house in Dong Da District.
