Nghe An Provincial Political Schoolis a public service unit under the Provincial Party Committee. The school has the function of training and fostering leaders and managers of the grassroots political system; supplementing knowledge for cadres, civil servants and public employees in the province on political and administrative theory; providing information on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, on Party building, government, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations...

The construction and operation of the model "Officials, lecturers and students of Nghe An Provincial Political School proactively set an example in the movement of the whole people protecting national security" will contribute to effectively implementing the Party's guidelines, State policies, regulations of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on the work of building a movement of the whole people protecting national security in the new situation.

The model was established with 5self-governing grouphas the task of seriously implementing the policies and plans on security and order assurance of the school leadership; the Steering Committee for building the model, and at the same time maintaining the operating order of the self-management groups according to the organization and operation regulations of the model.
