Vinh University Pedagogical Training Center has distributed survey forms, asking for opinions from teachers and managers in the training course on the quality of the training topics. This is evidenced by the sharing and respect that the team of students participating in the training have for the lecturers. "Through the time of training the modules, we students have learned a lot from the school's experienced teaching staff, especially about methods and skills. During the direct training process, we students interacted and debated with the lecturers in a comfortable and open spirit. Even when studying online at home, if there were any problems, students proactively discussed via email, zalo, facebook or phone calls, and were still enthusiastically and thoughtfully supported by the lecturers, helping students complete their assignments well" - Mr. Nguyen Dinh Sam - Teacher at Lam Son Secondary School (Ngoc Lac, Thanh Hoa) expressed.

To serve the training of core general education teachers and core general education facility managers in 2020, Vinh University mobilized 87 key pedagogical lecturers, including 21 Associate Professors and 60 PhDs.

In addition, the school also signed contracts with hotels and bus companies to ensure accommodation, meals, and shuttle services for students in a cost-effective, efficient, and proper manner, ensuring the health and safety of students. The school also increased supervision and regular monitoring of the teaching and learning of classes, implemented well the training quality assurance process of the ETEP Program, and left a good impression on students with the core teaching staff and management staff from the three provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh.

Many key teachers and managers such as Mr. Le Quang Phuc - Principal of Dien Lam Secondary School (Dien Chau, Nghe An) are former students of Vinh University, so when they were selected to participate in training modules for the new General Education Program, they felt like "coming home".

Many students expressed that the enthusiasm and dedication of the lecturers, the facilitation of all aspects (facilities, equipment, information technology infrastructure, document systems, accommodation, transportation, etc.) from Vinh University inspired the students to strive to absorb the training content to best serve the new general education program. Therefore, although each training session only lasted 3 days while the amount of knowledge and skills to be absorbed was very large, the students always tried to fulfill the requirements of the lecturers and cooperated with the lecturers to complete the program with respect, responsibility and professional honor.

The ETEP program for training core general education teachers, module 2, year 2020: "Using teaching methods, education to develop students' qualities and abilities" is divided into 3 phases (phase 1 from October 22 to October 24, directly training 357 students who are high school teachers of 3 provinces Thanh Hoa, Nghe An and Ha Tinh; phase 2 from October 27 to October 29, training 575 students who are middle school teachers of 2 provinces Nghe An and Ha Tinh; phase 3 from November 1 to November 3, 2020, training 641 students of 2 provinces Nghe An and Thanh Hoa).
