According to the scene of the accident: The tractor truck with license plate 37C-35253 pulling a trailer with license plate 37R-02468, driven by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Binh (born in 1980), residing in hamlet 8, Hung Dao commune (Hung Nguyen), was traveling in the same direction as the motorbike with license plate 37B2-16746, Honda Dream brand, driven by Mr. Dinh Van Kien (born in 1981), residing in hamlet Van An, Nam Dan town, from Nam Dan town to Do Luong district.
