Provincial Farmers' Association gives gifts to support localities affected by floods
(Baonghean.vn) - On November 12, comrade Nguyen Quang Tung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association and a working delegation visited and encouraged officials, members, and farmers in Thanh Xuan commune (Thanh Chuong), Nghi Lam commune (Nghi Loc) and Hung Trung commune (Hung Nguyen) who suffered heavy losses after the recent flood.

At localities and schools, the delegation presented 3.7 tons of rice, 350 boxes of instant noodles and other necessities such as water, cooking oil, canned meat, sausages... worth 60 million VND. These are gifts sent by officials and members of the Thai Nguyen Farmers' Association through the Nghe An Farmers' Association to members and farmers in localities that were flooded and suffered heavy damage due to the circulation of storm No. 9.
