*VAround 7:30 am on November 18tha fire broke outat Vinh Plaza Hotel. According to initial information, the fire started in room 732, 7th floor of the hotel and then spread to the whole building. The authorities were on hand to put out the fire. By 8:15 am, the fire was completely extinguished.
