Then many voters participated in proposing many thoughts and aspirations and raised a number of concerns and recommendations to the Party, National Assembly, Government and concerned levels.

VotersLe Minh Thang (Nghi Tan ward) affirmed that the trust of cadres, party members and people in the leadership and direction of the Party, the National Assembly and Party committees and authorities at all levels is increasing.
Besides, there are many shortcomings, limitations and inadequacies that voters have reflected, suggesting that the National Assembly and the Government need to take measures to better manage the quality of construction works.

Voter Le Ngoc Tuynh (Nghi Hoa) reflected that although inspection, examination and supervision work of functional agencies at all levels is carried out regularly, many corruption cases and incidents take a long time to be discovered. He proposed that the National Assembly and the Government have solutions to improve the effectiveness of inspection, examination and supervision work at all levels.
An issue of concern to many voters is related to the policy of merging blocks and hamlets. Up to this point, the support regime for cadres at this level has not been improved.

Some voters also suggested streamlining the staffing of mass organizations at the commune level. Some voters proposed that the National Assembly study changes in the structure of People's Council representatives at all levels in the direction of reducing representatives in state agencies and increasing full-time representatives, ensuring the role of truly representing the voice of voters and performing well the supervisory function.

At the end of the meeting with voters, National Assembly delegate Nguyen Thanh Hien - Deputy Head of the provincial National Assembly delegation received and explained the issues raised by voters.

Explaining voters' concerns regarding forest planning and protection, hydropower planning still has many shortcomings, the responsibility of the Forest Ranger force in forest protection is still limited; the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation affirmed that this is an extremely "hot" issue in the 10th session of the National Assembly and the National Assembly has clearly seen the shortcomings and has solutions in the coming time.
Deputy Head of the National Assembly delegation Nguyen Thanh Hien also explained a number of issues related to the innovation of textbook programs; reviewing and controlling the conferment of academic titles and degrees; support policies for the 62,000 billion VND package; inadequacies in policies for grassroots cadres, etc.
