10-year-old boy has a crooked neck after imitating an acrobatic video online
The boy was hospitalized with his neck and head tilted to one side and in pain after imitating an online video.
Children's Hospital 2 (HCMC) said that doctors have just fixed the cervical spine of a 10-year-old boy (living in HCMC) because he imitated acrobatics like in an online video.
According to the family, the child was left alone by his parents to play with the phone. Then, he suddenly screamed loudly and his family found him holding his neck and crying, his head tilted to one side. He said he was imitating acrobatic moves in a video online.
The patient was taken to Children's Hospital 2 by his family for emergency care. Here, doctors examined and took pictures, and the results showed that the child hadinjurysoftware and fixed bracespineneck. After 3 days of treatment, the baby is now recovering well.
