The Ministry of Home Affairs has just issued an inspection and examination plan in 2021 to detect shortcomings in management mechanisms, policies and laws to recommend to competent state agencies remedial measures; prevent, detect and handle violations of the law in public service activities.

According to Decision No. 989 signed by Minister Le Vinh Tan, in 2021, the Ministry will conduct an inspection of the implementation of legal provisions on the management of civil servant payrolls, the number of employees in public service units; recruitment of civil servants and public employees; appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions and appointment of management officials of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Inspect the implementation of legal provisions on public employee payroll management;recruitment of civil servants; review of staff transfers,Commune-level civil servants become civil servants from district level and above; appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions; number of deputies; signing of labor contracts for professional and technical work in state administrative agencies of the People's Committees of Quang Nam, Kien Giang, Nam Dinh, Quang Ngai, Quang Ninh, Ha Tinh provinces and implementation of legal provisions on management of the number of employees; recruitment of civil servants; appointment of management officials; number of deputies in public service units under the People's Committees of these provinces.
Conduct inspections of the implementation of legal provisions on public employee payroll management; recruitment of public employees; appointment of public employees to leadership and management positions of the State Bank of Vietnam, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the General Department of Customs under the Ministry of Finance.
Inspect the implementation of legal provisions on management of civil servant payroll; recruitment of civil servants; consideration of transferring commune-level cadres and civil servants to civil servants from district level and above; appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions; number of deputies; signing of labor contracts for professional and technical work in state administrative agencies of the People's Committee of Hanoi City and the People's Committee of Thua Thien - Hue Province and the implementation of legal provisions on management of the number of employees; recruitment of civil servants; appointment of management officials; number of deputies in public service units under the People's Committee of Hanoi City and the People's Committee of Thua Thien - Hue Province, and the People's Committee of Dien Bien Province.
Inspect the implementation of legal provisions on management of the number of employees; recruitment of civil servants; appointment of administrative civil servants; signing of labor contracts for professional and technical work; retirement and extension of working time under the authority of Heads of public service units under the Ministry of Education and Training.
