On the morning of December 4, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a conference on propaganda work in 2020. Attending and directing the conference were comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. Comrade Vo Van Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired the conference at meeting cluster No. 1; comrade Tran Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired meeting cluster No. 2.

In 2020, the Propaganda Department at all levels proactively advised the Party Committees at the same level to lead and direct the implementation of tasks according to the set programs and plans, and well implemented ideological work throughout the Party Committee. The key task throughout 2020 that the Propaganda Department from the provincial to grassroots levels focused on was to advise the Party Committees on the contents serving the Party Congress from the grassroots level to the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, towards the 13th National Congress of the Party.

The Propaganda Department has advised the Party Committee to issue plans, provide guidance and organize comprehensive, synchronous and effective propaganda work in many fields, especially strengthening propaganda on Covid-19 prevention and control in the province; Many localities have advised the Party Committee to summarize 4 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW and organize many forms of honoring typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. The work of political theory and Party history continues to receive attention, creating positive changes in quality and effectiveness.The work of compiling, propagating and educating Party history in localities has had new changes, strongly oriented towards the grassroots.

Oral propaganda work and reporter conferences are given attention by the propaganda committees at all levels to advise the Party Committees on leadership, direction, and innovation, ensuring the content is timely and highly oriented.Propaganda work on seas, islands, border demarcation and marker planting has received attention; cultural, artistic, scientific and educational work, and protection of ideological foundation has achieved many clear results and many creative ways of doing things; attention has been paid to the work of organizing the apparatus and building a team of propaganda cadres.
