On the morning of December 2, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held the opening ceremony of a training conference on propaganda work for 380 cadres working in the province. Therefore, it is recommended that cadres attend the class seriously, absorb and fully comprehend the issues conveyed to flexibly and creatively apply them to the specific conditions of the locality and unit in order to create new vitality, new effects and high efficiency in propaganda and ideological work in the coming time at all levels.
