The Congress, with the theme: "Solidarity, creativity, emulation to build and protect the Fatherland", will evaluate the results of patriotic emulation movements and commendation work in the period of 2015 - 2020; set out goals, directions and tasks of thepatriotic emulation movementand commendation work for the 2020 - 2025 period; honoring heroic collectives and individuals, emulation fighters, and typical advanced examples in patriotic emulation movements over the past 5 years; continuing to arouse the great strength of the great national unity bloc; creating new momentum to successfully carry out the tasks of economic, cultural, social, defense and security development of the country and the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party.
