Acknowledging the innovation in the questioning activities at the 17th session of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Nguyen Ho Canh said that leaving the questioning content "open" has helped raise many important issues. The policy of opening the questioning issues has helped the delegates attending the meeting to accurately reflect the wishes as well as the key issues that the people want to send to the meeting.

Mr. Nguyen Ho Canh also expressed his opinion that there were some contents in the question and answer session of the 17th meeting that had been raised many times in previous meetings. However, there are still many problems that have been reflected by voters and delegates, especially those related to land and compensation.site clearance.

Therefore, Mr. Nguyen Ho Canh said that the delegate's question did not clearly address the nature of the problems and shortcomings in the current state of operation and management of apartment buildings. Therefore, the answer of Vinh City leaders was still general and not specific. Hopefully, with the issues raised at the question-and-answer session, Vinh City People's Committee as well as the Construction sector will better grasp the nature of the problem to thoroughly and effectively resolve it, meeting the expectations of people living in apartment buildings and local authorities where apartment buildings are located in the management area.

Following the question-and-answer session at the 17th session of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Nguyen Hong Quang said he was very pleased with the contents mentioned at this session. These were the collection of environmental protection fees for mineral exploitation, unfinished investment projects in the area that have lasted for many years, the deterioration of the rural power grid system, causing frequent power outages, affecting the daily life of the people, the problem of oversized and overloaded vehicles that has not been resolved... agricultural and rural policies have not been implemented synchronously; the discharge of floodwaters from hydroelectric plants in the rainy season, floods causing inundation in downstream areas...

After listening to the questions of the delegates and the answers of the departments, agencies and branches at this session, Mr. Hong said that it was basically satisfactory. However, Mr. Nguyen Hong Quang expressed that there are some issues that need more attention such as the status of works and projects in mountainous areas that are still unfinished and have lasted for many years. Mr. Hong expressed his agreement and trust in the answer of the Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department on the issue of bringing regular police to the communes. He hoped that the contents he answered at the question and answer session would be implemented well, helping the people in the communes and hamlets to have a peaceful life. Especially in mountainous districts, social evils such as human trafficking and drugs are happening more and more, making people worried.
