*COn the afternoon of December 18th, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony.Signing of the Cooperation AgreementThe strategic cooperation agreement on telecommunications and information technology between the People's Committee of Nghe An province and the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) for the period 2020-2025 was discussed. On this occasion, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, Nguyen Duc Trung, awarded Certificates of Commendation to 7 collectives and 7 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing the strategic cooperation agreement between the People's Committee of Nghe An province and VNPT Group for the period 2014-2020.
