The Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation visited the high-tech agricultural production model of Hung Cuong Company Limited in Nghia Thuan commune.

The company has cooperated with local people to grow 25 hectares of fruit trees such as jackfruit, Taiwanese custard apple, Phuc Trach grapefruit, green-skin grapefruit; and built a high-tech greenhouse on a total area of ​​0.9 hectares to grow melons, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.

In addition, the unit also built a system of sow and pork farms. The company currently provides jobs for 60 people, including 8 technical workers. The average salary of workers is from 6 to 15 million VND/person/month.

Visiting the company's production models, after hearing the introduction of the production process and products, the Provincial Party Secretary suggested that the company, in addition to developing agricultural products, also promote, introduce and find outlets for the products. Next, the delegation visited the experimental macadamia planting model in Dong Hieu commune.

The Provincial Party Secretary and his delegation also visited the Honey Bee Cooperative in Phu Tan Hamlet, Tay Hieu Commune. The cooperative has 21 members raising 800 bee colonies, with an average honey output of about 10 tons. Income from honey products and selling bee seeds is about 2.2 billion VND/year. In total, the whole hamlet currently has about 100 beekeeping households.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Hung - Director of Tay Hieu Honey Bee Cooperative said that the cooperative has provided queen bees and technical guidance to members, and is currently working together to find outlets for the products.

Talking with the leaders of the Cooperative and members, emphasizing that if you want to go far, you have to go together, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy suggested that the unit continue to develop its members, to support each other to develop together.

The Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation visited and offered incense at the Lang Vac Archaeological Site in Long Son Ward. First discovered in 1972, through many excavations on an area of ​​over 1,400 m², archaeologists found 347 burial tombs and 1,228 artifacts. The age of the artifacts shows that Lang Vac was the center of Dong Son culture in the Ca River basin, one of the cradles of the ancient Vietnamese people, highly appreciated by domestic and international archaeologists.

The archaeological site of Lang Vac was ranked as a National Historical Relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information, now the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in Decision No. 61/QD-BVHTT dated September 13, 1999. Every year, Thai Hoa town organizes the Lang Vac Festival, especially in recent years, the Festival is held on the occasion of the Hung King's death anniversary.

This is an opportunity for local people and tourists from all over to return to the origin of the Lac Hong race; at the same time, demonstrating the spirit of community solidarity, educating awareness of protecting, preserving relics, conserving and promoting traditional cultural and historical values.

Also during the working program, the Provincial Party Secretary directly visited, encouraged and presented gifts to Ms. Cao Thi Nhung, Tan Thanh block, Hoa Hieu ward. She is a 1/4 class disabled veteran, often sick. Currently, Ms. Nhung lives with her daughter's family.

Also in Tan Thanh block, Hoa Hieu ward, the Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation visited, presented gifts and encouraged Mr. Dao Duy Tri, born in 1946. He is a 1/4 disabled veteran, who was captured and imprisoned by the enemy during the war. He is currently in poor health, often sick and living with his wife, a retired teacher.
