At the conference, the reporters heard from Mr. Tran Van Mao - Deputy Head of the Delegation.National AssemblyThe province informed the results of the 10th session of the 14th National Assembly, term 2016 - 2021; issues related to labor, employment; workers, laborers in production establishments, businesses and enterprises.
The reporters were also informed of a number of new documents and regulations on implementation.health insuranceprovincial route from January 1, 2021.
That means starting from the above time, the health insurance fund will pay for inpatient treatment according to regulations for health insurance participants when they go to medical examination and treatment at provincial medical examination and treatment facilities nationwide.

Or reduction policyelectricity price, reducing electricity bills for people in 3 months of October, November, December 2020. Including 10% reduction in retail electricity prices for customers using electricity for daily life; reducing electricity prices from retail electricity prices for businesses and reducing electricity bills directly for facilities serving Covid-19 prevention and control (except for facilities serving epidemic prevention and control that collect fees for centralized medical isolation).

The conference also thoroughly grasped Decree No. 112/2020/ND-CP, dated September 18, 2020 on disciplinary action against cadres, civil servants and public employees; Decree No. 130/2020/ND-CP onincome controlof people holding positions in agencies and organizations; Notice No. 4875/TB-LĐTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, dated December 10, 2020 on Lunar New Year and National Day holidays in 2021...
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor also organized an award ceremony for 8 trade union organizations with many grassroots unions and union members participating in the online contest to learn about the Labor Code.
