Fraudulently selling SH motorbikes online, appropriating nearly 3 billion VND
Vo Ngoc Trung (born 1997) was arrested by the authorities for fraud, appropriating nearly 3 billion VND from people when they sent deposits to buy SH motorbikes online.
Information from the Nhu Xuan District Police said that on December 22, this unit solved the case and arrested Vo Ngoc Trung, a subject who specialized in online fraud by advertising SH motorbikes for sale on Youtube channel.usurpvictims' deposits
At Trung's residence, the authorities seized 1 desktop computer, 2 laptops, 7 mobile phones, 5 bank account cards and 200 million VND in cash.

Initially, Trung confessed that due to his passion for gambling, he came up with the "trick" of copying SH motorbike sales advertisement videos on social networks, editing them, attaching them to his Youtube channel, and then selling them.
After someone asked to buy, Trung asked the buyer to deposit 25 to 30 million into a bank account and then blocked contact immediately after the victims deposited money into the account.
With the above trick, from September 2020 until his arrest, Trung defrauded and appropriated nearly 3 billion VND from hundreds of victims nationwide.
