Nghe An province has 34 more communes that meet the standards for new rural areas.
(Baonghean.vn) - The Nghe An New Rural Development Assessment Council has recognized 34 communes as meeting the New Rural Development standards in 2020 and 2 communes as advanced New Rural Development communes. All communes have no outstanding debts.
On the morning of December 29th, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting of the Provincial Council for Appraisal and Recognition of New Rural Areas to discuss and consider the recognition of 34 communes as achieving New Rural Area standards in 2020 and 2 communes as achieving advanced New Rural Area standards in 2020.

34 communes are considered to have achieved the target.new rural areasIn 2020, the districts included: Vinh Son (Anh Son); Nghi Quang, Nghi Phuong, Nghi Yen, Nghi Thuan, Nghi Kieu, Nghi Tien, Nghi Thiet (Nghi Loc); Quynh Long, Quynh Tho, Quynh Thang, Tan Thang, Quynh Tan, Quynh Hoa, Tien Thuy; Son Hai (Quynh Luu); Hung Trung, Hung Yen Bac, Hung Lam, Hung Thinh (Hung Nguyen); Nghia An (Nghia Dan); Dien An, Dien Phu, Dien Loi; Minh Chau (Dien Chau); Thanh Long, Thanh Nho (Thanh Chuong); Bai Son, Nhan Son, Minh Son, Tru Son, Giang Son Dong (Do Luong); Chi Khe (Con Cuong) and Quynh Loc (Hoang Mai town).
Two communes achieved advanced new rural standards in 2020: Kim Lien (Nam Dan) and Quynh Doi (Quynh Luu).

All 36 communes have no outstanding debts for basic infrastructure construction in the New Rural Development program.
Following the voting results, the Provincial New Rural Development Assessment Council recognized 34 communes as meeting the criteria to be submitted to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for signing the decision to declare them as achieving New Rural Development standards in 2020, and 2 communes as achieving advanced New Rural Development standards.
