Driver arrested for beating someone to death for 'not letting him pass'
Truong Ngoc Tuan, 26 years old, truck driver, was arrested for using a billiard cue to beat to death a man on a motorbike who "was trying to stop him from overtaking".
On December 26, Tuan was accused by Binh Duong police ofKilling.

According to the investigation, on the afternoon of December 25, Tuan drove a dump truck carrying soil to level the ground in an alley on Bui Thi Xuan Street, Di An City. When reaching the section in Tan Binh Ward, the driver was upset when he saw Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luc, 40 years old, riding a motorbike overtaking him.
Thinking that this man was "driving recklessly and cutting in front of the car", Tuan accelerated and forced the motorbike to the side of the road and got out to argue. A scuffle broke out, and he took a 70cm long billiard cue (which was on the motorbike) and hit Mr. Luc many times on the head and back, causing him to collapse on the spot and then leave. The victim was taken to the emergency room by local people but did not survive.
That same evening, Tuan turned himself in, claiming that Mr. Luc blocked his car and wouldn't let him go, so he took action.
