(Baonghean.vn) - Emphasizing the government's mission of serving and satisfying people and businesses, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa requested departments, branches and localities to focus on solving difficulties and problems of businesses, creating favorable conditions to promote business development.

PROPOSAL FOR ESTABLISHING A PROCESS FOR RESOLVING PETITIONS
At the Conference, the leaders of the Department of Planning and Investment reported on the situation of handling recommendations according to Conclusion Notice No. 364 dated July 3, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee up to December 2020.
Specifically, the recommendations are related to adjusting land rental prices to suit the province's investment attraction and business development; moving fishing boats out of Cua Lo Port area; dredging the waterway in Cua Lo Port area and resolving problems in land rental in Quynh Nghia commune, Quynh Luu district.
Regarding the implementation of Conclusion Notice No. 551 dated September 29, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee, according to the Department of Planning and Investment, up to now, departments, branches and localities have reported on the situation of handling petitions of associations and enterprises.

The recommendations focus on resolving difficulties related to the change of land use purpose of enterprises to implement investment projects; resolving difficulties in compensation for site clearance for enterprises to implement projects; granting land use right certificates and recommendations to improve the quality of one-stop shop, inspection and examination work, etc.
In addition, from September 2020 to December 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment received 7 petitions from enterprises. Enterprises proposed the Provincial People's Committee to direct the payment of debts; re-determine land rental prices; promote site clearance; direct the settlement and support of land rental refunds for unused areas of enterprises; procedures for handling documents at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center...
The Department of Planning and Investment also reported the initial results of resolving the petitions and recommended that the Provincial People's Committee direct departments, branches, and localities within their authority to thoroughly resolve the petitions of enterprises.

At the Conference, representatives of Business Associations, Business Associations, and enterprises continued to reflect many issues and recommendations, requesting the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches, and localities to pay attention and resolve them.
Mr. Tran Anh Son - Chairman of the Provincial Association of Outstanding Enterprises suggested that the province develop a process for resolving business petitions and notify Associations, Unions, and businesses of the progress of resolving these petitions, without having to wait for 3 months according to the meeting.
Representatives of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, Tax Department, Department of Finance, Department of Natural Resources and Environment...; localities: Vinh City, Thai Hoa Town, Nghi Loc... reported the results of resolving the petitions of enterprises. At the same time, they requested the Provincial People's Committee to pay attention to removing difficulties and obstacles to create the most favorable conditions for enterprises to implement projects and produce and do business effectively.

QUICK RESOLUTION, NO WAITING FOR MEETING
Concluding the Conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa assessed that the Conference took place frankly and openly, many recommendations from businesses were clearly discussed by departments, branches and localities.
Emphasizing the important task of the government is to serve and satisfy the people and businesses, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Planning and Investment to arrange more counters at the Public Administration Service Center to synthesize and resolve business recommendations. Any recommendations beyond the authority will be reported to the Provincial People's Committee leaders to be assigned to relevant departments and branches to resolve as soon as possible.
He also assigned the Provincial Public Administration Service Center to report on its activities and resolve business recommendations to the provincial leaders on a weekly basis. In addition, he continued to review and amend the administrative procedure settlement process of departments and branches to best serve the people and businesses.

Comrade Le Ngoc Hoa also requested that when businesses come to the Public Administration Service Center to process their documents, if they discover any officials or units causing difficulties or having negative attitudes, they should directly discuss with the Center's leaders. After that, the Center will report to the Provincial People's Committee leaders for resolution and strict handling.
At the Conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa directly discussed and specifically answered a number of recommendations from businesses; at the same time, requested departments, branches and localities to continue focusing on removing difficulties and effectively and thoroughly resolving the recommendations.
Departments, branches and localities must have a unified view: The difficulties of enterprises are also the difficulties of the province. We must focus on accompanying and solving them, creating conditions for enterprises to develop, in order to solve employment, increase income for people, and contribute to the province's budget.
