Cousin tricked and sold his sister to China for 100 million VND
(Baonghean.vn) - Dao and Ut promised their cousin that they would take her to the South to work as a laborer, but in reality they sold her to China.
On the morning of December 31, the Criminal Police Department (Nghe An Police) announced that the unit had just coordinated with the police of Ky Son and Tuong Duong districts to arrest Cut Van Dao (born in 1996, residing in Hin Pen village, Bao Nam commune, Ky Son district). The police agency determined that Dao was a broker, colluding with other subjects to trick and sell his cousin to China.
Dao is an accomplice of the boss Cut Van Ut (born in 1988, residing in Na Be village, Xa Luong commune, Tuong Duong district) who was arrested by the Criminal Police Department of Nghe An Police in coordination with Ky Son District Police and Tuong Duong District Police on December 23 for the act ofchild trafficking.

According to the case file, in April 2019, Cut Van Ut was asked by a woman named Van (from Thanh Chuong) living in China to find someone to take to China to be sold as a wife. For each person brought to China, Ut was paid 5 million VND by Van, and the victim's family was paid 80-100 million VND.
Ut invited Cut Van Dao to join. Cut Van Dao lured his cousin, who was from the same commune (born in 2005), and introduced him to Ut. Following Dao's introduction, Ut came to her house and promised to take her to the South to do business. Believing the subjects, the family agreed to let the victim follow Cut Van Ut.
This young woman was sold to China as a wife for 240 million VND. Dao was paid 100 million VND by the subjects.
After more than a year of being sold, in early December 2020, this young woman was rescued by the Criminal Police Department in coordination with the Blue Dragon Organization and brought back to Nghe An on the evening of December 23.
