*SOn December 31st, the Central Committee's Department of Mass Mobilization organized a nationwide online conference.Summary of mass mobilization workThe meeting reviewed the Party's 12th National Congress term, summarized the mass mobilization work in 2020, and outlined tasks for 2021. Presiding at the Nghe An branch were comrades Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Nguyen Manh Khoi - Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Mass Mobilization Committee.

The content of the conference emphasized the following: Mass mobilization work must be genuine and sincere, done from the heart with a spirit of serving the people. Actively innovate the work of propaganda and mobilization to be practical, highly persuasive, and appropriate to the level of development, psychology, and awareness of the people, creating social consensus to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws.

In 2020, Vietnam simultaneously combated the pandemic, stabilized the economy, and ensured national security. Budget revenue reached 98% of the projected target, an increase of 158,000 billion VND compared to the report submitted to the National Assembly. 55 out of 63 provinces and cities achieved their 2020 budget revenue targets, contributing to Vietnam's growth ranking among the world's top performers. In Nghe An province, the estimated GDP growth rate reached 4.45%, and state budget revenue exceeded 17,000 billion VND, surpassing the target set by the Provincial People's Council.

*COn the afternoon of December 31st, the People's Committee of Nghe An province organized...Conference on coordinating troop deployment and reception.2021.

In 2021, Nghe An province was assigned by the Government to recruit 3,346 new recruits, including 3,100 for military service and 246 for police service. This represents an increase of nearly 100 citizens compared to the previous year. To date, the medical examination for military service in 2021 has been basically completed, with 6,432 out of 11,741 citizens selected, reaching 54.7%.

Furthermore, many witnesses are no longer alive or are elderly, making it difficult to determine the burial location of the martyrs, significantly affecting the accuracy of verifying graves and areas for surveying and mapping to search for and collect the remains of martyrs.

*SOn December 31st, the Department of Education and Training organized...National Defense Education Sports Festivaland the first provincial-level high school student security sports competition in the 2020-2021 school year. This is the first time the National Defense and Security Education Sports Competition has been organized with the aim of evaluating the quality of teaching and learning the National Defense and Security Education subject at the high school level.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 24 outstanding units, including 1 First Prize, 6 Second Prizes, 7 Third Prizes, and 8 Consolation Prizes. In addition, commendations were given to 31 individuals and 5 teams that won First Prize, and flags were awarded to 24 units that won First, Second, Third, and Consolation Prizes overall.

The police determined that Dao was a middleman who colluded with others to trick and sell his cousin to China.
