*SOn the morning of December 30, in Vinh City, the Party Committee and Military Command (CHQS) of Nghe An province organizedMilitary-Political Conference2020. *UNghe An Provincial People's Committee and Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee had a working session toexchange and learn experienceson accessing capital and implementing projects using capital from the World Bank (WB). At the working session, the comrades in the Ha Tinh delegation asked many questions and raised concerns about issues in the process of accessing and implementing projects using WB capital. Leaders of departments, branches, localities, and the People's Committee of Nghe An province shared experiences on the initial survey process, preparing documents, closely coordinating with donors; developing plans and implementation roadmaps.
