Nghe An: Arrested 3 subjects, seized 12 heroin cakes, 54,000 drug pills
(Baonghean.vn) - A huge amount of drugs, transported by many subjects in the border district of Ky Son from the border to the inland for consumption, was discovered and arrested by the Nghe An Border Guard force in coordination with the PC04 Department of Nghe An Provincial Police.
At 8:15 p.m. on January 1, 2021, at Noong De village, Nam Can commune, Ky Son district, Nghe An province. The PCMT&TP force, the Provincial Border Guard coordinated with the Nam Can International Border Guard Station, Nam Can Border Guard Station (Nghe An Provincial Border Guard); PC04 Department (Nghe An Provincial Police) and Ky Son District Police to discover and arrest 02 subjects including: Gia Duy Chung, born on May 20, 2003, residing in Huoi Vieng village, and Gia Ba Kenh, born on May 20, 2004, both residing in Dooc May commune, Ky Son district, who were illegally transporting narcotics.drug.

Evidence seized at the scene included 12 heroin cakes, about 54,000 synthetic drug pills, 01 kg of crystal meth and 01 motorbike. The investigation was expanded to 11:00 p.m. the same day (January 1, 2021) in the area of Muong Xen Town Secondary School, Ky Son District, Nghe An Province. The investigation force detained and arrested Va Ba Gio, born in 2000, residing in Pha Noi Village, Muong Tip Commune, Ky Son District, Nghe An Province, for the act of illegally transporting drugs.

According to initial statements, the subjects received the above amount of drugs from a Laotian subject from Nghe An to the northern provinces for consumption with an agreed fee of 300 million VND. When they arrived at the above location, they were discovered and arrested.
