Drugged young man burns down foster mother's house in Nghe An

Fortunately, the fire was controlled in time so it did not spread to the adjacent rooms and neighboring households.
It is known that Chu Hoang Minh was once a drug addict and returned from a 12-month drug rehabilitation camp in March 2020.
