(Baonghean.vn) - After more than 1 month of committing a brazen robbery in Cua Lo Town, 3 young men were arrested while hiding in Quang Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City.

Cua Lo Town Police said that on January 8, the unit arrested the remaining subject of the 3 people who caused the incident.robProperty snatching in Cua Lo town occurred on November 19, 2020.

At about 6:30 p.m. on November 19, 2020, Cua Lo Town Police received a report from a woman that at about 6:00 p.m. on November 19, 2020, Ms. N. was riding a SH motorbike with license plate 37K1 - 773.69 on Binh Minh Street in the direction from Binh Minh Square to Cua Hoi area. When passing through the gate of Cua Lo Golf Course, in My Thang block, Nghi Huong ward (Cua Lo town), she was robbed by 2 young men on a motorbike of her belongings including: 1 handbag, 1 Iphone 11 pro max phone and other personal belongings (total damage value of about 26,000,000 VND), Ms. Nga herself was knocked down and dragged on the road about 25 - 30m, causing injuries.

Through investigation and synchronous application of professional measures, Cua Lo Town Police have identified 3 subjects related to the above incident who are hiding in the North and South.
After committing the crime, the subjects sold the stolen property in Nghi Loc district, divided the money and fled the area.
On December 28, 2020, the Town Police discovered and arrested Dang Huu Thanh (born in 2004), residing in Quan Hanh town (Nghi Loc). On December 30, 2020, the Town Police verified and arrested Nguyen Phu Hung (born in 2003), residing in Nghi Trung commune (Nghi Loc) when Hung was hiding in Dam Ha district (Quang Ninh).
On January 8, 2021, the remaining suspect, Nguyen Van Thuan (born 2002), residing in Nghi Phong (Nghi Loc), was identified and arrested while Thuan was hiding in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, the town police are continuing to investigate and clarify the case.
