According to Huong Tram, the MV's content was inspired by her real life story. The song's title is also the singer's wish because with the COVID-19 pandemic still complicated in the US, this year, she cannot return home to celebrate Tet with her family.

At the press conference to launch her new MV recently held in Vietnam, Huong Tram livestreamed to chat with fans. She expressed her homesickness as well as poured all her feelings into her new song.

“The recording process was faster for me when the song touched my emotions. That was all I longed to return to, the feeling of missing my parents. When my parents heard me sing this song, they cried a lot" - Huong Tram shared about the song.
