(Baonghean.vn) - This is the coldest time of the winter this year. It has been a long time since Nghe An students had to stay home from school because of the cold.

According to Con Cuong Hydrometeorological Station, today the temperature in the district center dropped below 6 degrees Celsius, in low-lying communes of the district such as Mon Son and Binh Chuan the temperature dropped to 5 degrees Celsius. The low temperature combined with strong winds makes the weather cold, adversely affecting human health, especially children.

In the coming days, when the weather warms up, students will be encouraged to return to class to ensure attendance and organize normal teaching and learning.
