A woman jumped off Ben Thuy bridge to commit suicide.
(Baonghean.vn) - At around 4:50 p.m. on January 18, a woman left her belongings and motorbike on Ben Thuy Bridge (Vinh City) and suddenly jumped into Lam River to commit suicide.
At about 8:25 p.m. on January 18, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Command Center, Nghe An Provincial Police received a search and rescue report atBen Thuy Bridge1, Vinh city.

The person who jumped off the bridge was Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngan, born in 1983; residing in Thanh Cong block, Nghi Thuy ward, Cua Lo town. On the afternoon of January 18, Ms. Ngan left her belongings and motorbike on the bridge and thenthrow yourselfjumped into Lam River to commit suicide. People on the street saw and shouted for help, searched but had no results.
The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team on the river dispatched 2 rescue vehicles, 2 motorboats and forces to search all night. As of the morning of January 19, the search is still ongoing.
