(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 31, the 13th Party Central Committee held its first meeting to elect the Politburo, General Secretary, Secretariat, Central Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee.
Previously, on January 30, the Congress elected the 13th Party Central Committee, consisting of 180 official members and 20 alternate members. The Congress also approved the adjustment of the Working Program, accordingly, the Congress is expected to close on Monday - February 1, 2021.

The Congress's personnel process is carried out in strict, thorough, democratic, objective, public, and transparent steps; at the same time, it is specified for both re-election and first-time participation according to each group of positions.
