The program presented 10 bicycles to students in difficult circumstances; 170 gifts to poor families; supported the construction of 1 volleyball court and 6 netball sets, presented 1 calf to a young household developing the economy and meaningful gifts to children in Dooc May commune, Ky Son district with a total value of more than 200 million VND.

Also within the framework of the Program, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union organized the "New Year's Eve Meal" Program for students of Dooc May Primary and Kindergarten, Dooc May Commune, Ky Son District.

Dooc May commune is a particularly poor commune in Ky Son district, more than 60 km of mountain road from the center of Muong Xen town, where the Mong people mainly live, the whole commune has 377 households, of which 57% are poor households, 18% are near-poor households. People's income mainly depends on slash-and-burn farming, the educational level is low, life still faces many difficulties.

Speaking at the program, comrade Le Van Luong - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union stated that, with the spirit of "The whole country joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind", the program "Warm Tet at the border" is one of the important programs that the province has paid great attention to in recent years to bring children and people a warm and prosperous Tet; he also sent his congratulations to the cadres, soldiers and people of Dooc May commune, Ky Son district for a warm new spring, full of joy and happiness.

These are practical activities responding to the movement "Tet for the poor" in 2021 to share the difficulties and deprivation of ethnic minorities in the highlands; at the same time, encourage cadres, soldiers and ethnic minorities in the border areas of the Fatherland to enjoy Spring and celebrate Tet.

This is also a humane and compassionate beauty in the whole society so that "no one is left behind" when Tet comes and Spring returns.

At the same time, this is also one of the practical activities responding to Youth Day and actions to celebrate the success of the 13th National Congress of the Party; celebrate the 91st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; promote the spirit of mutual love, mutual assistance, and sharing with the difficulties of ethnic minorities in the mountainous areas of Nghe An province of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union.
