At the above time, 2 young men were driving a motorbike with license plate 37H1 - 620.38 in the direction of Quy Chau district to Nghia Dan. When they reached the above mentioned area, they suddenly crashed into a roadside drainage ditch. As a result, 1 person died on the spot and 1 person was injured.critical.

According to witnesses, the two victims were from Nghia Hung, Nghia Dan district (Nghe An).
Upon receiving the news, local authorities and Quy Hop District Police quickly arrived at the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
Then, at about 4:15 p.m., also on National Highway 48, through Binh 3 hamlet, Chau Binh commune, Quy Chau district, a traffic accident occurred, killing a woman.
At the time of the accident, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Bich (born in 1993), residing in Dien Tho commune, Dien Chau district, was riding a motorbike with license plate 37F2 - 730.49 carrying Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly (born in 1990), residing in Kim Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district.
On the way to the above location, due to not being able to control the speed, the motorbike crashed into a concrete ditch on the side of the road. The consequence was that Ms. Ly died and Mr. Bich was seriously injured./.
