Regarding the murder case that left 8 people injured and dead in Luong Son district (Hoa Binh province), on the morning of February 23, Hoa Binh Provincial Police said that through a quick drug test, the authorities discovered that 4 people in a group of 14 men and women present at room 104 of Karaoke Luxury II (in Co Tho village, Hoa Son commune, Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province) tested positive for drugs.
However, the perpetrator has not been tested quickly because he is being treated at Military Hospital 103 and waiting for blood test results.
Yesterday (February 22), Hoa Binh Provincial Police initiated a case and prosecuted defendant Nguyen Cong Dung (born 1979, residing in Chuong My, Hanoi) for the act of "Killing".

According to the police, at around 7pm yesterday (February 21), a group of 14 people came to rent a karaoke room at the bar.karaokeLuxury II in Co Tho village (Hoa Son commune, Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province).

While the group was singing, Nguyen Cong Dung (born in 1979, in Tan Tien, Chuong My district, Hanoi) went out to get a knife and then returned to the singing room to stab and slash, killing 3 people (including 2 women, 1 man) and injuring 5 others. Among them, Dung stabbed himself.
Authorities identified the three deceased as Tran Van Son (born in 1988, residing in Dong Ha, Dong Yen, Quoc Oai, Hanoi), Nguyen Thi Bach Linh (born in 1990, residing in Phuc La, Ha Dong, Hanoi), and Cao Thu Nga (born in 1993, residing in Tan Phu, Son Dong, Son Tay, Hanoi).
The other 5 people injured in this incident are Bui Thi Tra My (born 2000, residing in Van Han, Dong Y, Thai Nguyen province), Do Khanh Linh (born 1998, residing in Phu Phuc, Ly Nhan, Ha Nam province), Tran Van Diep (born 1986, residing in Dong Phuong Yen, Chuong My, Hanoi), Do Tien Dat (born 1987, residing in Chien Thang area, Xuan Mai town, Chuong My, Hanoi) and suspect Nguyen Cong Dung (born 1979, residing in Tan Tien, Chuong My district, Hanoi).
