Currently, there are 5 outbreaks in the province that have not passed 21 days, including: Ngoc Lam commune (Thanh Chuong), Xuan Son commune (Do Luong), Mau Duc commune, Mon Son (Con Cuong). These outbreaks are being monitored and controlled by the authorities.
The main reason for the outbreak is that livestock farming does not ensure biosafety conditions, pathogens are still hidden in the environment, and when the weather is favorable, the disease recurs.
