Anh Son District Police said they have just continued to verify Nguyen Quang Huy (born 2006), residing in Block 5, Con Cuong Town (Con Cuong) and Nguyen Dang Huy (born 2003), residing in Tan Trung Thinh Hamlet, Yen Son Commune (Do Luong) for doing a wheelie on a motorbike, weaving and swerving on National Highway 7A, causing panic among the people and endangering other vehicles on the road.
According to verification, at 8:30 a.m. on February 28, Quang Huy (driving a Honda motorbike with license plate 35B2 - 77562 (license plate removed) performed a wheelie, swerved, and swerved, without a driver's license, without a helmet, carrying a passenger behind without a helmet, without a left rearview mirror, and without a license plate.
Previously, at 2:00 p.m. on February 19, Dang Huy drove a Honda motorbike with license plate 37D2 - 50286, performed a wheelie, had no driver's license, no rearview mirror, had a covered license plate, and had drugs in his system.
