How is the bonus for party members awarded the Party Badge calculated?
(Baonghean.vn) - In the first months of 2021, in Nghe An, 2,553 party members were awarded and posthumously awarded the Party Badge. The bonus is calculated based on the party age level to which the party member is awarded.

According to statistics from the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, in the first months of 2021, in Nghe An, 2,553 party members with 30 years, 40 years, 45 years, 50 years, 55 years, 60 years, 65 years, 70 years, and 75 years of Party membership were awarded and posthumously awarded the Party Badge (20 comrades were posthumously awarded) on the occasion of the Party's founding anniversary on February 3.
Previously, in 2020, Nghe An province awarded 11,000 Party badges, of which 92 party members were posthumously awarded. Currently, in Nghe An,The party member with the oldest party membership is Mr. Phan To Duc, born in 1916, in Thanh Chuong., joined the party on April 27, 1940 - so this year he is over 81 years old in the party.
According to regulations, each year there will be 4 rounds of awarding and posthumous awarding of Party Badges, with dates of February 3, May 19, September 2, and November 7. At the time of considering awarding the Party Badge, Party members who have been disciplined by the Party from the form of warning or higher will not be considered for awarding; after 6 months (for warning discipline), 1 year (for dismissal discipline), if they have corrected their shortcomings, they will be considered for awarding the Party Badge.
Party members who have passed away and participated in Party activities for 30 years, 40 years, 45 years, 50 years, 55 years, 60 years, 65 years, 70 years, 75 years, 80 years, 85 years, 90 years of Party age or more from the date the competent authority signs the admission decision (calculated by month) will be considered for posthumous awarding of the Party Badge.

Bonuses for party members who are awarded and posthumously awarded the Party Badge (implemented according to Instruction No. 56-HD/VPTW dated October 27, 2015, Official Dispatch No. 919-CV/VPTW/nb dated November 21, 2016 of the Central Office) are calculated based on the general minimum wage (MLTTC) prescribed by the Government in effect at the time of issuance of the decision to recognize the Party Badge and according to the provisions of Official Dispatch No. 643-CV/VPTW dated August 30, 2016 (on adjusting Instruction No. 56-HD/VPTW dated October 27, 2015 of the Central Office of the Party on the level of bonus payments). Specifically as follows:
+ 30-year party membership badge, decision, certificate with bonus equal to 1.5 times MLTTC.
+ 40-year party membership badge, decision, certificate with bonus equal to 2.0 times MLTTC.
+ 45 years of party membership badge, decision, certificate with bonus equal to 2.5 times MLTTC.
+ 50-year party membership badge, decision, certificate with bonus equal to 3.0 times MLTTC.
+ 55 years of party membership badge, decision, certificate with bonus equal to 3.5 times MLTTC.
+ 60 years of party membership badge, decision, certificate with bonus equal to 5.0 times MLTTC.
+ 65 years of party membership badge, decision, certificate with bonus equal to 6.0 times MLTTC.
+ 70-year party membership badge, decision, certificate with bonus equal to 8.0 times MLTTC.
+ 75 years of party membership badge, decision, certificate with bonus equal to 10.0 times MLTTC.
+ 80-year party membership badge, decision, certificate with bonus equal to 15.0 times MLTTC.
+ 85 years of party membership badge, decision, certificate with bonus equal to 20 times MLTTC.
+ 90-year party membership badge, decision, certificate with bonus equal to 25.0 times MLTTC.
In Nghe An, party members who are awarded the badge for 65 years of Party membership or more, in addition to the above bonus, will also receive an additional 1,000,000 VND to buy a set of red silk clothes.
