Coordinate the building of trade union organizations in enterprises
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 5, at the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc, the signing ceremony of the working coordination regulations between the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc, the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone and the Provincial Labor Federation took place.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee: Phan Thi Hoan - Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee; Le Tien Tri - Head of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board; Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation.

The coordination ceremony between the three units aims to strengthen and develop grassroots party organizations, party members, grassroots trade unions, and union members at enterprises in the country.Southeast Economic Zoneand Industrial Parks of Nghe An province; well implement Conclusion No. 189-KL/TU dated June 10, 2020 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on "Continuing to implement the Project on developing Party organizations and Party members in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises"; Propagating and disseminating the Party's Resolutions, policies and laws of the State to enterprises in the Southeast Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Nghe An province; coordinating to supervise the implementation of regimes and policies for employees in accordance with the provisions of law, in order to build harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises.

Accordingly, to achieve this goal, the three units must jointly propagate enterprises to perform production and business tasks in accordance with the law and regulations of the province; Direct and guide to improve the quality of Party building and trade union building work at affiliated enterprises; Disseminate Decree No. 98/2014/ND-CP dated October 24, 2014 of the Government to enterprises; propagate, mobilize and persuade business owners to pay attention to creating conditions and support the establishment of Party and union organizations in enterprises; Coordinate in organizing activities to care for the material and spiritual life of workers; resolve problemscollective labor disputes and strikesat businesses;...
Representatives of the three units also contributed many ideas to make the Regulation truly effective, such as: Propagating to businesses to understand the benefits of participating in Party and mass organizations; need to organize dialogues between provincial leaders and workers; Building a core team of workers at grassroots unions; Coordinating to update job information to workers.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party CommitteeNguyen Van ThongAssessment: The coordination regulations between the three units are a valuable initiative that simultaneously achieves three goals: Creating conditions for each signatory to carry out its core tasks; Taking good care of the interests of workers, creating development conditions for investors and businesses; and enhancing the leadership role of the Party organization.
Comrade Nguyen Van Thong said that this is a very important solution to implement the goals of Project 5155. All three units need to sit together, specify tasks, monitor and evaluate the implementation process.
