(Baonghean.vn) - On March 7, relevant units of the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard initiated a case of "Organizing illegal exit for others".
Previously, at about 5:30 p.m. on March 5, in the Nam Non River area of Xieng Tren village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district, Nghe An province, the My Ly Border Guard Station, Nam Can International Border Guard Station, and the Drug and Crime Prevention Department (Nghe An Border Guard) discovered and arrested two subjects who organized for five Vietnamese people toillegal exitto Laos

Initial investigation and verification results determined that two subjects, Lo Van Dau (born in 1983) and Luong Du Lan (born in 1988), both residing in Xop Tu village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district, hired to transport 5 Vietnamese people by dugout canoe across the border river to exit to Laos for a fee of 4 million VND.
Five Vietnamese people illegally entered Laos, including: Nguyen Van Thang, born in 1992; Nguyen Thi Thuy, born in 1992 and Nguyen Thi Anh Tho, born in 2017, all residing in Duc Thanh commune; Ngo Kim Tho, born in 1998 and Le Hong Loi, born in 1997, both residing in Tan Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district.

Currently, the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard is completing the dossier, expanding the investigation, prosecuting the case and handing over the subjects to Department PA09 (Nghe An Provincial Police) for further investigation and handling according to regulations./.
